Interactive Datasheets reduce weeks of manual calculations and complex simulations to just a few seconds. Engineers can now quickly and easily visualize the interaction between different parameters and obtain real-time results, significantly accelerating the design process and improving accuracy.
These interactive datasheets effectively offer a type of graphical user interface to a circuit simulator, using Nexperia’s advanced electrothermal models to calculate the operating point of a device. They allow engineers to visualize immediately the interaction between parameters such as gate voltage, drain current, RDS (on), and temperature. Their collective contribution to the device behavior is then displayed dynamically in tables or graphs.
