As 247Tailorsteel embarks on its journey to dominate the European steel market, it recognizes the importance of scalability and an enhanced user experience. The company is increasing its position by expanding its production capabilities from two to seven factories and they’re not done. To achieve this ambitious goal several processes had to undergo a transformation to improve their scalability.

DSM challenged us to come up with a concept that would have a breakthrough impact on the way they were engaging with their (potential) clients in more traditional settings like trade shows and conferences. Our approach: create a massive global online trade show experience, accessible 24/7, on any device and anywhere in the world where there is a minimal internet connection.

Digital transformation for Philips Hue

TRIMM worked with Philips Lighting to achieve a complete transformation from online visibility to online engagement and online sales of the HUE portfolio. In four months, HUE's digital channels were completely revamped and implemented in 14 countries. In the process, conversion to its own sales channels and etailers was too doubled.
